How much do you charge for delivery?
Many of our packages are large and bulky with some single items measuring 2m in length and weighing up to 18kg. Please be assured that we have done everything we can to keep our delivery costs to a minimum.
We calculate UK shipping based on 4 zones.
- Uk Mainland – Zone 1
- Scottish Highlands & Islands – Zone 2
- Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly – Zone 3
- Channel Islands – Zone 4
Your shipping charge is calculated fully at the basket stage of the order process, once you have entered your postcode. The following costs are provided as guide.
Mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland)
Minimum charge of £4.99 + Vat (unlimited small items) per order.
Unlimited number of medium / large activities = £15.99 / £17.99 + Vat.
Unlimited items, with any single item over 1.5m or 18kg = £25.99 + Vat.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel and Scilly Islands
Unfortunately the costs of shipping to these locations can be much higher. Please add your items to the basket and enter your postcode for an exact cost.
Republic of Ireland
We dispatch items to the Republic of Ireland at cost price, please contact us with an list of activities you wish to order so we can provide you with a cost. Vat registered companies within the Republic of Ireland, who can supply their Vat Number, and with a delivery address within the Republic of Ireland, can have their Vat invoice adjusted accordingly.
Do you post overseas?
Due to the size and weight of our items, we are unable to deliver to Europe and further a field.
How do I order?
All orders must be placed via the website.
Ordering and paying with a debit / credit card – Please add your items to the basket and complete the checkout process with your contact details and delivery address. When you are asked to pay please select card payment and you will be transferred to our secure payment page provided by SagePay. After completing the payment you will be redirected back to our site and you will shortly receive your order confirmation email.
Ordering and paying via a bank transfer – Please add your items to the basket and complete the checkout process with your contact details and delivery address. When you are asked to pay please select bank payment and you will not be asked for any bank details and be able to complete the checkout process.. Once you receive your order confirmation email please make your direct bank transfer into our account using the account details provided in the email. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Ordering with a purchase order – If you are a school, local authority or established UK business then you can order using an official purchase order. Please add your items to the basket and complete the online order, selecting pay by bank transfer / purchase order. Please use the confirmation email to raise your purchase order and post or scan / email the official signed order to us on headed paper . Please insure you include a unique purchase order number and your order reference. If you are a new customer then we will contact you to confirm the order. Your items will be shipped once purchase order is received and company details are confirmed, you will then have 30 days to settle your account.
How long will it take to receive my items?
All our deliveries are made via reputable couriers and will be delivered to a front office / door. We use a 1-2 day delivery service with a weekday delivery windows between 8am and 6pm.
Please allow 10 days for items to be manufactured.
If you require a quicker turn around then please contact us before placing your order.
Signing for my items?
Please note that you will need to be at the address to sign and receive the items. If items have been damaged in transit, and you have signed to say items have been received in good condition, then we are unable to treat this as a faulty goods. If in doubt please enter unchecked when signing for receipt of the packages.
